TCCAP Connect is a fully equipped mobile office that provides in-person services to remote communities in Coös County. TCCAP Connect links households in rural areas with TCCAP staff who assist them with applying for TCCAP services and other public benefits. Households may use our high-speed satellite internet to fill out applications, upload supporting documents, and receive referrals to other service providers.
