Tri-County Community Action Program (#TCCAP) is participating in #givingtuesday. Our neighbors and friends sometimes fall on hard times. TCCAP supports people to learn and grow in self-sufficiency and to get involved in helping their neighbors and improving the conditions in their communities. Our fifty-two programs reach over 25,000 individuals and families Coös, Carroll & Grafton Counties. This 2018 holiday season is dedicated to providing dignity & hope to those in need by providing them with essential basic care items.
