About Us: Community Action Agencies have a rich and robust history of serving as the first line of defense in combating poverty across America. Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc. (TCCAP) is proud to be one of 1,000 Community Action Agencies nationwide that provide real solutions to the complex causes of poverty in the communities we serve.
