Economic Supports

Tri-County CAP currently offers the following Economic Supports programs. Please click on a program name in blue to learn more:

Energy Assistance Services – Provides fuel and electric assistance to qualified NH households. The program also helps households during emergencies by securing immediate fuel deliveries, delaying electric shut-offs, or referring clients to other services that can assist.

Guardianship Services – Provides support to people experiencing age-related limitations, developmental disabilities, behavioral health barriers, and traumatic brain injuries. Guardianship offers the following services: Guardianship of the Person, Guardianship of Estate, Protective Payee, Conservatorship, Trustee, DHHS Benefit Management, and Probate Accounting. Services are personalized to meet individual needs. Our staff recognizes the unique qualities of each person served and advocates for services according to the client’s needs.

Tri-County Transit – Operates public transportation for the elderly, disabled, low-income individuals, and the general public. Tri-County Transit offers continuous loop flex routes in the Berlin-Gorham area, as well as the Lancaster, Whitefield, and Littleton Tri-Town area. Door-to-door service is available in all three counties, as well as long-distance medical transportation to medical facilities throughout VT, NH, and ME.

TCCAP Connect – A mobile office that provides services to remote communities in Coös County. Through TCCAP Connect, individuals and families in rural areas can apply for services, speak with a trained intake navigator, drop off paperwork, connect to the internet, and access services offered by other providers.
