PROGRAM UPDATE – Due to circumstances beyond our control, as of October 31, 2025, Tri-County CAP Family Dentistry will be closed for clinical services for an indeterminate period of time. Any patient wishing to retrieve their records or in of need a list of area providers may call the clinic at 603-323-7645. Administrative staff will be available to assist patients with these needs. Tri-County CAP Family Dentistry is a modern dental practice that is focused on improving oral health for uninsured and/or underinsured patients. We currently offer preventative, restorative, and surgical oral care for both adults and children. Our clean, state-of-the-art facility, uses new equipment, electronic records, and low exposure digital x-rays. Tri-County CAP Family Dentistry is also handicap accessible.
We currently accept NH Cares and Child Medicaid. Medicare Advantage and DentaQuest are accepted on a limited basis. We participate in Care Credit payment plans and offer a sliding fee scale for qualifying patients.
