Housing Stability Services

Tri-County Community Action’s Housing Stability Services provide assistance to individuals who are unsheltered or at risk of becoming unsheltered. Our services include short- and medium-term rental assistance, eviction prevention, permanent supportive housing, housing stabilization support, and emergency shelter referrals. Staff respond to 211 calls for homeless emergencies in the counties we serve and support local food pantries by distributing USDA/TEFAP foods.

Ages Served: Head of household must be 18+Area Served: Coös, Carroll, and Grafton Counties
Income Guideline: Based on HUD guidelines. For certain programs participants must meet HUD’s definition of homeless.
